The AtterriSafe website and application are published on a non-professional basis by a private individual who has chosen to remain anonymous, as permitted by Article 6, III, 2 of French Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN). Their identity has been provided to the website host (see next section).

The service is free of charge and contains no advertising, no paid offer and no affiliate links.

3. Purpose of the website

AtterriSafe is an information guide for travellers arriving in Paris (Roissy-Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports): transport options, indicative prices, practical tips and traps to avoid. The service is free and requires no account and no installation.

4. Independence and trademarks mentioned

AtterriSafe is an independent service. It is not affiliated with RATP, SNCF, Île-de-France Mobilités, Paris Aéroport or any taxi or ride-hailing company.

The names and trademarks mentioned (for example RATP, SNCF, Navigo, Noctilien, Uber, Bolt) belong to their respective owners. They are mentioned for information purposes only, to help travellers find their way.

5. Accuracy of information

The information provided (fares, timetables, journey times, access conditions) is indicative and comes from public sources. It was last checked in September 2026 and may change without notice.

Before travelling, users are invited to check this information with the operators and official websites, in particular Île-de-France Mobilités, RATP and SNCF.

6. Intellectual property

All elements of the website and application (texts, structure, design, illustrations, code) are protected by copyright, unless otherwise stated, and belong to the publisher or its licensors. Any reproduction, representation, adaptation or extraction, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited and may constitute infringement.

The name AtterriSafe has not, to date, been registered as a trademark.

7. Liability

The publisher strives to keep the information accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee it. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the website, from inaccurate or outdated information, from the service being unavailable, or from the content of third-party websites to which links point.

8. Links

The website contains links to third-party websites over which the publisher has no control. The publisher is not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Personal data and cookies

The service requires no account and uses no cookies. The chosen language is stored in the local storage of the user’s browser; this information stays on the user’s device and is not sent to the publisher.

Anonymous feedback. The service lets users say whether the guide was useful (yes or no) and, optionally, leave a short comment. No name, email address or identifier is requested, and answers are not linked to any person. The following are recorded: the day, the answer, the optional comment, the language displayed and the section viewed. Please do not enter any personal information in the comment (name, contact details, flight number, etc.).

Anonymous audience measurement. Each time the home page or the guide is opened, a daily counter is increased by one. Only the following are recorded: the day, the language displayed and, where applicable, the origin indicated in the page address (for example a QR code). No identifier, cookie or IP address is recorded, and no visit can be linked to a person. Nothing is sent if the browser asks not to be tracked (“Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” setting).

When feedback or a count is sent, the user’s IP address is technically received by the infrastructure of Cloudflare, Inc. (United States), the provider that hosts the service. It is neither recorded nor viewed by AtterriSafe.

This data is used solely to improve the service, on the basis of the publisher’s legitimate interest, and is automatically deleted after 12 months.

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (“Informatique et Libertés”), everyone has the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port their data. As answers are anonymous, the publisher will generally be unable to identify the author of an answer. For any question: [email protected]. If you have a concern, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).

10. Governing law

This website is governed by French law. Subject to mandatory consumer protection rules, the French courts have jurisdiction.
